Products

All physical products sold on Homesteading Pros are handmade in small batches on our homestead. Because they are made by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and size are normal and expected — they are a feature, not a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, limit quantities, and refuse service to anyone.

Orders & Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment information. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States only, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.
• Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

• Physical products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Food items (sourdough starters, ferments, farm fresh eggs): Due to the perishable nature of these products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us with a photo and we will work with you to resolve it.
• Digital products: All digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
• Consulting services: Refund eligibility for services is outlined in your individual service agreement.

Food Safety Disclaimer

Our food products (sourdough starters, ferments, etc.) are made with natural ingredients and no preservatives. Always follow safe food handling practices. We are not responsible for illness resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery. Consult a physician before consuming fermented foods if you have dietary restrictions or health concerns.

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, blog posts, and downloadable files — is the property of Homesteading Pros and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
